Your pharmacy is required to sign a one-time central-fill agreement that allows Helios to prepare the medication.
If your pharmacy does not sign a central-fill agreement, you can ask to be referred to Helios directly.

A: Compounds are composed of multiple pharmaceutical ingredients combined to create a new product. These preparations are not commercially available. Helios Compounding Laboratory is specialized in creating the compounds that you need. Contact us and we can help you determine if your prescription is a compound.

A: Although Helios is a pharmacy and open to the public, we do not provide retail service. We will prepare your compounded prescription and deliver it directly to your home or your pharmacy-of-choice. If you still wish to visit us in person, give us a call and we can arrange a meeting.

Q: Once my pharmacy sends my prescription how long until I get the compound?
A: As pharmacists, we understand the importance of initiating therapy as soon as possible so our goal is to deliver your compound promptly. Once contacted, Helios will provide a cost quote as well as a time frame for delivery. This may take 24 hours or more.

Q: What is a central-fill agreement?
A: A central-fill agreement allows Helios Compounding Pharmacy to supply your pharmacy-of-choice with the compound that you require.

Q: How much will it be?
A: We will provide you or your pharmacist with a quote, once we receive the prescription.
