Helios sends a quote to the pharmacy.

Helios provides a quote to the pharmacy and assistance with prescription billing procedures.

Pharmacy signs a on-time central-fill agreement with Helios.

The pharmacy is required to sign a one-time central-fill agreement that allows Helios to prepare the medication.

 

If the pharmacy does not sign a central-fill agreement, you can refer your patient to Helios directly.

Pharmacy transmits the prescription.

The pharmacy transmits the compounding prescription to Helios.

Pharmacy bills insurance.

The pharmacy verifies insurance coverage and billing details and invoices accordingly.

Helios prepares the medication.

Helios prepares the medication and checks the final product for technical accuracy.
